Delane Lim’s statement is somewhat contradictory. In the same breath, he said that he and Minister Edwin Tong were both aware of residents who were not friendly but chose to approach them anyway while he also said that the truth has been distorted. The response from residents to Edwin Tong’s approach was cordial. So which is it.
