The Freedom to Disrupt

“Make a dent in the universe.”

“It’s better to be a pirate than join the navy.”

No, those words didn’t come from some juvenile delinquent. They came from Steve Jobs. Why is Singapore encouraging disruptive innovation when it obviously has to come from rebels, mavericks and even outlaws?
